Pilates is the style of Pilates we teach on the Reformer.
It is an innovative approach to the original Pilates method.
The belief of Transformation Pilates is that it provides
the client with intensive, continuous resistance in order
to improve posture, balance, efficiency of movement and
overall health. Appropriate for any fitness levels.
Entire class will be spent on the Reformer.
TRANSFORMATION
PILATES+
Transformation
Pilates+ combines ALL Pilates has to offer! Class may incorporate
matwork, Magic Circle, small hand weights, weighted bangles,
mini loop bands, ball, gliding discs and more! This class
is slightly more progressive than just our Transformation
Pilates class, but is good for any level!
Transformation

PILATES RESTORE
Transformation
Pilates Restore is ideal for those new to Transformation
Pilates or looking for a slower, foundational experience.
It introduces fundamental Pilates techniques on the reformer.
The class focuses on building body awareness, control, and
core strength at a comfortable pace. Participants learn
and practice basic reformer exercises with extra guidance
and personalized adjustments.
Entire class will be spent on the Reformer.
ADVANCED
PILATES
This
Transformation Pilates class offers a challenging, full-body
workout that builds strength, flexibility, and stability
while enhancing Pilates technique learned in Transformation
Pilates. This class is designed for those with prior Transformation
Pilates experience and wanting to be pushed to achieve a
more advanced level of fitness. Expect a dynamic session
focusing on perfecting form, engaging core muscles, and
utilizing the reformer to build more strength and overall
body control.
Entire
class will be spent on the Reformer.
PILATES
JUMPBOARD
Pilates
Jumpboard is a unique blend of Transformation Pilates with
a cardio & core boost. This class combines the controlled
movements of Pilates with the dynamic action of jumping
on a Reformer Jumpboard, offering a fun, full-body workout
that enhances strength and cardiovascular fitness while
minimizing impact on the joints.
Entire
class will be spent on the Reformer.
PILATES
JUMPBOARD+
Pilates
Jumpboard+ combines Transformation Pilates & Mat Pilates.
In this class you will be on the Reformer for total body
work, getting your heart rate up and strengthening core
by utilizing the jumpboard that attaches to the end of the
Reformer. This class has all that Pilates has to offer!
Equipment that can be included in the class includes: mat,
small hand weights, weighted bangles, small loop bands,
ball, Pilates Circle and gliding discs.
Majority of this class will be spent of the Reformer.
PILATES
JUMPBOARD TOTAL BODY
Pilates
Jumpboard Total Body combines both Transformation Pilates
Jumpboard & Total Body Conditioning for a great strength
and core work-out!
Equipment that can be used during the Total Body Conditioning
component can include: Stability Ball, BOSU, Mat, TRX, Gliding
Disc, Kettlebell, LeBert, Dynamax Ball, and so much more!
A minimum of 30 minutes will be spent on the reformer.
PILATES
CORE
Pilates
Core combines Transformation Pilates on the Reformer, as
well as core conditioning off the Reformer. This class focuses
on strengthening and stabilizing the body's core muscles.
This class aims to improve posture, balance, and overall
functional fitness. Looking to improve core strength, then
this class is for you!
Equipment utilized for the core conditioning component can
include: Stability Ball, BOSU, Mat, TRX, Gliding Disc, Kettlebell,
LeBert, Dynamax Ball, and so much more!
A minimum of 30 minutes will be spent on the Reformer.
PILATES
STRENGTH
Pilates
Strength is a combination of Transformation Pilates on the
Reformer and strength training. This class focuses on building
core strength, improving posture & range of motion,
while increasing overall strength development.
Equipment utilized for the strength training component can
include dumbbells and weighted bar.
A minimum of 30 minutes will be spent on the Reformer.
BARRE FUSION
Barre
Fusion will leave your body shaking! We use light weights
to sculpt the arms, tone your abs, glutes & legs on
the mat with ankle bangles, mini loop bands, Magic Circle,
and a ball. Barre work that is low impact and inspired by
ballet style movements. Join us and change up your routine
to keep your body changing in the right direction.
AERIAL
YOGA I
Sculpt your body in the air, using our special yoga swings,
as you tone muscles, find balance and increase flexibility.
Let your yoga take flight and swing your way into feeling
fit while having fun!
Aerial Yoga Play (AYP) takes the benefits of traditional
yoga and adds the unique conditioning of aerial dance and
acrobatics for an exhilarating new way of approaching yoga.
AYP allows a combination of benefits similar to aerial yoga,
Pilates, suspended resistance training, acrobatics and aerial
skills rolled into one for an amazing suspended fitness
experience.
**No lotions or perfumes and good hygiene required. Long
sleeves and long leggings suggested. Do not eat at least
1 hour before class**
AERIAL YOGA II (INVERSIONS)
Come hang with us..... occasionally upside down! If you
are looking to take your Aerial Yoga Play to the next level
this is the class for you! You must have taken Aerial Yoga
I, be able to pull yourself up to a wide leg straddle and
invert.
**No
lotions or perfumes and good hygiene required. Long sleeves
and long leggings suggested. Do not eat at least 1 hour
before class**
AMRAP
This
workout will not only tax you aerobically, but will push
you into those uncomfortable anaerobic zones!
AMRAP workouts can be adapted to various fitness levels
and preferences, with options for body weight exercises,
weight training, or cardio exercises.
AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)
CYCLE STRENGTH
Cycle
Strength combines Indoor Cycling with a dynamic strength
component to challenge the body aerobically and anaerobically.
This class is designed for individuals wanting to improve
cardiovascular fitness, as well as increase muscular strength
and endurance.
Must wear tennis shoes.
CYCLE TOTAL BODY
Cycle
Total Body combines intervals of Indoor Cycling and Total
Body Conditioning for a great cardio and strength work-out!
This is a great class for individuals who want to improve
cardiovascular fitness and increase muscular strength and
endurance.
Equipment used can be TRX, Stability Ball, BOSU, Lebert,
Wall Units, Kettlebell, Dynamax Ball, and so much more!
ROW
LIFT
Row
LIFT combines intervals on the rower with a dynamic strength
component to challenge the body aerobically and anaerobically.
This class is designed for individuals wanting to improve
cardiovascular fitness, as well as increase muscular strength
and endurance. The Rower can be substituted for the Indoor
Bike.
Must
wear tennis shoes. Class is 45 minutes.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Strength
& Conditioning focuses on improving physical strength,
power, and endurance through various exercises and techniques.
Traditional weight training, body weight exercises, and
conditioning drills will be utilized to increase athletic
performance and enhance overall fitness!
